Here she is! And my sad attempt at wings. :iconwthamiseeingplz: Oh well, I absolutely ADORE her outfit.

This is my friend =caboulla's OC Grazzelia, Fairy of Technological Love. This took about a month (Due to my recent grounding, or as I like to call it 'House Arrest') Giv or Take.

Base: I think it's by ~winx-base (But I'm not entirely sure ^^;)
Grazzelia: =caboulla
Tempex: =YoloBear, *MsKittenCreations, and *YoloPedo
Picture: =YoloBear But I think that's obvious. XD
